NeckCloud works with Zendrop as a certified fulfillment partner, handling storage, packaging, and shipping. Company Sidler remains your direct point of contact for all questions and issues: contact@neckcloud.store

Shipping Origin

Products are typically shipped from China. In some cases, shipping may occur from the USA, depending on stock availability.

Delivery Times

After payment confirmation:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Standard delivery: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, shipping route, and external factors. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking information after 12 business days, contact us at contact@neckcloud.store.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free.

Customs & Import Duties

Important: Since products are shipped internationally, customs duties and/or import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before purchasing.

If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, the resulting costs are borne by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived after the delivery window, or arrived damaged, contact us immediately at contact@neckcloud.store. Please have your order number ready, and include photos if the item is damaged.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please verify your delivery address before completing your purchase. We cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We accept no liability for undelivered orders due to an incorrect address.
