Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs from choosing a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method as your original transaction. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you provide evidence of having returned them.
Returning the Goods
Please contact us before returning at contact@neckcloud.store so we can provide the return address and instructions.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
